Travel Permits in Egypt
For journeys in Egypt—especially transfers between resort cities (Hurghada, Marsa Alam, El Gouna, etc.) and Cairo or Luxor—travel permits are required. Please send us a copy of your passport and your hotel room number upon arrival. This is essential to confirm and operate your trip.
Tipping Policy
Tipping staff is customary in Egypt to show appreciation for good service. While tips are encouraged, you are not obliged to provide them.

Acceptance of Terms
Booking and payment indicate acceptance of all terms and conditions as outlined. Your deposit or final payment via bank transfer or credit card confirms your agreement.
Accommodation
Prices are based on double occupancy. Single room supplements are available. Named hotels serve as category guides; equivalent alternatives may be substituted. Prices are subject to current tariffs and may change without notice.
Flights
Domestic flight schedules may vary; any specific timing requests may incur additional charges. International flight assistance is available upon request. If only business class is available, a supplement will apply.
Responsibility Disclaimer
We act solely as agents for transportation, accommodation, and other services. We are not liable for injury, illness, delays, cancellations, force majeure, or changes outside our control. Additional expenses due to unforeseen events are the client’s responsibility.
Special Requests & Optional Tours
Let us know any special requests before booking. We will do our best to accommodate, but fulfillment is not guaranteed unless confirmed. Entry fees for optional tours (balloon rides, pyramid interior, Tutankhamen tomb, etc.) are excluded unless added at booking.
Payment Methods & Fees
No surcharges on debit or credit cards for the initial 25% deposit except during peak seasons (when a 30% bank fee applies for higher deposits). Balance payments in Egypt via credit card are subject to a 3% bank commission. Avoid extra fees by paying cash in USD/GBP/EUR; EGP payments use the day’s exchange rate.
Children Policy
For tour packages, Nile cruises, and hotels:
0–1 years: Free
2–5 years: 25% of tour cost
6–11.99 years: 50% of tour cost
12+ years: Adult rate
(Add-ons may apply for flights and excursions.)
Cancellation Policy
Day & Overnight Trips (by car): Free cancellation up to 1 week prior.
Transfers: Free cancellation up to 24 hours prior.
Domestic flights: Airline cancellation fees apply; refunds processed after those fees.
Nile Cruises:
Deluxe: Free cancellation up to 31 days; 75% charge thereafter.
Luxury: Free cancellation up to 60 days; 75% charge 60–31 days; 100% charge after 30 days.
Standard Tours (excluding peak season):
Free up to 61 days before arrival (“except domestic flights”)
15% charge 60–31 days prior
35% charge 30–15 days prior
50% charge 14–1 day(s) prior
Peak Season (Christmas, New Year, Easter):
25% charge 61+ days prior
50% charge 60–31 days prior
75% charge 30–15 days prior
100% charge 14–1 day(s) prior
No refunds for no-shows. Bank refunds incur a 3% bank fee.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. No-shows are non-refundable. Bank fees of 3% apply to all refunds.
