Depart from your Sharm El-Sheikh hotel and drive to Cairo by comfortable, air-conditioned bus/coach. Upon arrival, your Egyptologist guide will meet you and introduce you to the history of the Great Pyramid and Sphinx. You will have time to enter inside one of the pyramids (additional cost). Continue across the plateau for a photo opportunity of the pyramids rising from the sands with the Cairo skyline in the background. A short drive across the plateau finds you standing at the feet of the Sphinx.

Next, you will visit the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM). The museum is one of the world’s largest, dedicated to a single civilization, and the highlight is the collection containing the priceless treasures of King Tutankhamun. His gold gilded coffins dominate the main hall, while his magnificent death mask is the must-see item of the day.

Continuing to Khan El Khalili bazaar, your guide will introduce you to the famous markets.
