8 Days Egypt Desert Safari Adventure – White Desert, Siwa Oasis & Giza (8 Days Tour)

Day 1: Arrival in Cairo
Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, a representative from My Egypt Travel will meet and assist you through the arrival procedures, then transfer you to your hotel in Giza for check-in and relaxation.

Day 2: Giza Pyramids, Grand Egyptian Museum & Khan El Khalili
After breakfast, begin your adventure with a visit to the world-famous Giza Pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure. Admire the Great Sphinx and explore the Valley Temple, once used for royal rituals. Continue to the Grand Egyptian Museum to see the treasures of Tutankhamun and over 5,000 ancient artifacts. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before heading to Khan El Khalili Bazaar for traditional shopping and souvenirs. Return to your hotel in Giza for the overnight stay.

Day 3: Journey to the White Desert
After an early breakfast, drive from Cairo to Bahariya Oasis and switch to a 4×4 vehicle for your desert safari. Visit the Black Desert with its volcanic hills, then continue to El Haiz Village for lunch and a short rest. Proceed to the White Desert, famous for its surreal chalk rock formations shaped by the wind over centuries. In the evening, enjoy a traditional Bedouin dinner under the stars.

Day 4: Return to Giza

Day 5: Cairo to Siwa via Marsa Matrouh
After breakfast, begin your journey toward Siwa Oasis, stopping in Marsa Matrouh to visit Cleopatra’s Beach and enjoy lunch by the Mediterranean Sea. Continue your drive through the Western Desert to reach Siwa. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel, relax, and explore Siwa’s local market and the Shali Citadel.

Day 6: Siwa Oasis Exploration & Salt Lakes
After breakfast, start your day by swimming in Siwa’s healing Salt Lakes. Visit Gebel Al-Mawta (Mountain of the Dead), explore the Temple of the Oracle of Amun—where Alexander the Great was once declared son of Amun—and swim in Cleopatra’s Pool (Ein Guba). In the evening, enjoy a stunning sunset view from Fatnas Island on the Salt Lake.

Day 7: Return from Siwa to Giza
